Are the slatted bed bases included with all beds?
A very good and important question! In the vast majority of cases, the answer is yes, but it depends on the type of bed. With our very popular box spring beds, for example, the slatted base is already integrated into the system, as the sprung base box performs this function. With classic bed frames, on the other hand, the appropriate slatted base is usually included, as we receive the beds as a complete unit from the hotels. However, the surest way to know is always to take a look at the respective product description – there we list exactly which parts are included in the offer.
How noticeable is the wear and tear on your furniture, really?
An absolutely fair and important question! Our furniture comes from hotels where it was not only used but also very well maintained and has a very high basic quality. We always honestly document any significant signs of wear or blemishes in the product description and in the photos.
I found my favorite item online! What options do I have now for delivery or pickup?
When ordering online, you have complete flexibility. In the shopping cart, you can either choose shipping within Berlin for a flat rate of €85 or have your furniture delivered anywhere in Germany by freight carrier and postal service – for both shipping options, delivery is made to the curb (WITHOUT unloading). If you prefer, you can of course also pick up your treasures yourself for free at any time at one of our locations and thus save on transport costs.
